If this is the case, I recommend the Provider ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 13" White Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range C Item # TA43RR. These tires are rated for speeds up to 81 mph and loads up to 1,360 lbs at 50 psi.

I don't know what unit you have on your 2015 Jayco JayFlight 26BHS but if it happens to be a Dometic the Advent Air Unit part # ACDOM150 that you referenced was designed to easily replace Dometics so it would be a really great solution. It uses wiring connectors that would plug right in and allow you to use your current thermostat.

Because you have axles mounted with a Norco bracket, you will not be able to lift your axles. You can increase your tire and wheel sizes to give you a little extra height within the limits of your current system.

As long as your 5000lb axle uses 12" x 2" brakes like a typical 5200-7000lb axle then the stronger 7000lb brake assemblies will fit just fine.
They will provide stronger braking, but that is not necessarily better. If you can adjust your trailer brake controller to the point that it locks up the wheels with your current brakes, you won't see any gains with the stronger brakes.

In regards to trailer shackle links, they should be at a 45 degree when loaded. If you recently upgraded to the Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers part # LC279687 and the shackle links are no longer at a 45 degree angle. This is likely because the new equalizers are not the same size as the old. If there isn't another size you can use to correct this then you can make up whatever difference there was with shorter/longer shackle straps, I have attached our selection below.
